Sydney Metro Airport Camden is located approximately 62km southwest of the Sydney CBD within the City of Camden and 2km to the north of the Camden township.  Camden Airport is approximately 40km by road southwest of Sydney Metro Airport Bankstown.

The Airport is bounded to the south, west and north by the Nepean River.  Road access is from the east via Macquarie Grove Road.  The surrounding areas primarily compromise grazing land with pockets of residential development.
