How to Pay Your Aviation Account
Accepted Methods of Payments:
IMPORTANT: Please send your remittance advice so that your payment is allocated correctly.
How to apply for Direct Debit: Please complete the appropriate Direct Debit Request application form from the list below and submit your application to us. There are Direct Debit forms for Property and Aviation accounts.
A confirmation letter will be sent to you for completion of your Direct Debit Request application and advise the date of commencement.

How to change your Direct Debit details:
1. Please contact us by telephone on 9796 2300 or email 14 business days in advance for the following changes:
a) Change your nominated account
b) Stop this Direct Debit arrangement
c) Cancel this Direct Debit request
Please note that your BPay reference is located on the invoice, and they are unique to each account.
EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
For banking details please see your invoice.
By Credit Card
We accept Visa or MasterCard over the phone. Alternatively, email or fax completed remittance advice to 02-9791 0230 with your credit card and payment details.
